For EU residents: When you send a message / reservation to us, we collect your name, e-mail address and telephone number. The legal basis for processing: our legitimate interests Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR Regulation).
Legitimate interest: To respond to the questions and messages we receive, in order to be able to present our offers and to keep the correspondence evident.

By accessing and using the services provided by the en.Alverstur.MD you agree to all the conditions below.

Article 1. Alverstur offers everyone the possibility to book online the travel ticket. If the booking is made for a group (ex: 2, 3, 4, 5,> 6 people), the e-mail with the travel details will receive one person at the indicated e-mail address. The user, who performs one reservation for more than one person, acts on behalf of all passengers of the order, in this sense, all passengers consider themselves to be informed about boarding and travel conditions. For a group of 10 and more passengers you can contact us for a personalized offer. The confirmation received by e-mail is not a travel ticket and does not have legal or fiscal value and is for informational purposes only.

Article 2. Reservation is accepted only if valid data (name, surname, telephone, e-mail) are entered. When traveling from Otopeni International Airport (Henri Coanda) to Chisinau, it is absolutely necessary that you confirm your arrival by phone call, Skype, Viber, WhatsApp or on the drivers’ contact phones, before or during the flight.

Article 3. In order to confirm your departure, Alverstur will contact the traveler on the dates indicated on the reservation (telephone or email). If the passenger’s phone is closed and the email is unavailable, Alverstur will contact the traveler on Viber, WhatsApp or other available internet resources.

Article 4. Drivers and embarkation staff are authorized to refuse the transport of persons intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. The same applies to passengers who endanger the safety of other travelers for other reasons or clearly affect the status of travelers. In this case, there is no entitlement to compensatory transport. Smoking on the bus is not allowed, not even electric cigarettes. The passenger is responsible for any damage caused to the coach by negligence. Alverstur may refuse access to the bus at boarding or if the person has a reservation without notice if the passenger has such a disturbing behavior despite the (verbal) warnings that the carrier / driver and / or other travelers are unable to continue the journey. This also applies if the traveler fails to comply with the warranted instructions (such as safety instructions).

Article 5. Alverstur is not responsible for delays caused by:

Unexpected events in traffic.
Controls of competent bodies (Customs Control, Road Police, A.R.R., I.S.C.T.R., A.N.T.A., etc.);
Difficult traffic conditions due to bad weather (strong snowstorms or storms) or other force-major clauses

Article 5.1 In unforeseen circumstances, other than those listed above, the reservation will be postponed to another Alverstur route within the available seats.

Article 6. The traveler may ask for the change of dates and departure times to be made at least 24 hours before the race.

Article 7. Travelers shall have the obligation:

Appear at boarding at least 30-40 minutes before departure.
Observe the length of breaks during the journey.
Do not consume food and drink in the means of transport, and smoking is strictly forbidden.
Do not use radio, tape recorders, musical instruments, or other sources of noise that may cause driver concentration or disturbance to other travelers.
Mandate to pass an identity document to the driver or company staff at each boarding. Alverstur is entitled to refuse the carriage of any passenger who does not present his identity card or passport.

Article 8. The ticket price includes 1-2 suitcases (together maximum 40-50 Kg) and hand baggage (10 Kg). Alverstur does not accept liability for any missing, damaged, luggage (including customs) or forgotten items in the coach. It is strictly forbidden for travelers to have luggage and cigarettes in luggage!

Article 9. Tickets can be booked at least one day before departure. For the day you are leaving you can only make phone reservations at the phone numbers indicated on the site. Online bookings made on site on the day of departure are processed within the limits of the available places. Online bookings made at least 6 hours before departure are not valid.

Article 10. Alverstur does not assume responsibility for inappropriate border crossing documents. Every traveler is responsible for the documents required for the journey. Alverstur will not refund the cost of travel tickets if the traveler has invalid documents for crossing the border.

Article 11. Some routes can be made by Alverstur partners. Travelers will be notified of the changes made

Article 12. The information provided on (timetable departure graphs, additional services provided) are informative and do not create contractual obligations.

Article 13. Alverstur reserves the right to modify the terms of use of this site at any time, without notice, in part or in full.
